Payment methods
On line. You can pay via the following secure ordering method over the Internet: by credit card by selecting Pay By Card on the checkout page; and through by PayPal by selecting PayPal on the checkout page.
By phone. You can also pay over the phone by credit card by ringing 01279 771 153 between 9am and 7pm. If we are busy please leave a name and number and we will return your call
By post. You can also post an order with a GBP Sterling Cheque, (drawn on a UK bank), GBP Sterling Cash or UK Postal Order. Payment can be made by any method specified during the ordering process. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Postage
We charge £1.80 towards the costs of post and packaging for all orders of less than £18 within the UK. Over £18 postage is free within the UK. We charge postage and packaging for all orders outside the UK. For orders to Europe we charge £2.50 for the first item plus 45p for each additional item. For orders to the USA and rest of the world we charge £3.60 for the first item and 90p for each additional item. General
The general terms and conditions of our service are detailed below and we may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

Delivery
We usually send orders within two days but please allow up to 7 days for delivery of your order, and more than this if you live outside the UK. Delivery will usually be via services provided by the Royal Mail. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable. We do not give credit terms for any of the items we sell. We must have received payment for the goods and delivery charges before we can process your order. We will accept your order formally by sending you an e-mail at the e-mail address given to us on the order form.

Availability
Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods ordered we will inform you as soon as possible via the e-mail address given to us on the order form. Should any of the goods ordered be unobtainable we will offer you the choice to switch to comparable goods or a refund.

Refunds
Refunds are usually made through the card or Paypal account through which the order was made.

Returns
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make. If you are unhappy with any yarn, needles, accessories or books supplied by us you can return them within 7 days (14 days overseas customers) in the same condition as despatched and we will refund the purchase price (not including postage). We are not able to offer refunds on patterns unless they are damaged or not as ordered. If any of the goods we send to you are not as ordered, are damaged in transit, if we have sent the incorrect amount or the goods are defective in some other way please notify us within 4 days of the goods being delivered to you or we will not be liable. We will then replace the damaged or faulty goods or alter the quantity accordingly. If the error is our fault we will refund the postage you pay to return the goods to us. Should a refund be necessary this will be made through the card or Paypal account through which the order was made.

Failure of delivery
If your parcel has not arrived in 7 days (UK), 15 days (overseas) and you have not been informed of any delay, please contact us so that we can investigate. If your parcel is lost we will either offer you a full refund or send you replacement goods as soon as possible. Please note that we accept no responsibility unless you notify us within 15 days (21 days overseas) of the date on which you placed your order. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit, or any other form of compensation.

Disclaimer
Our website designers have taken great care with the colours displayed and every reasonable care has been taken to make sure that colour and descriptions used on the site are accurate. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales
